AXO uses the information you choose to submit to understand your business, prepare for a consultation, and respond to your enquiry.

When your answers are saved

Answers remain in this browser tab while you complete the questions. Selecting “Submit & choose a time” sends your name, email, business details and answers to AXO. This happens before you book a call, so AXO can follow up even if you do not select a time. Unsubmitted answers are not saved to our database.

Where they go

Vercel runs this website. Supabase stores submitted enquiries and secures AXO’s private dashboard. Resend delivers a notification containing your submitted information to AXO’s designated inbox. The dashboard is restricted to AXO’s authorized administrator.

Booking your consultation

After submission, your contact information and answers are shared with Calendly to prefill your appointment. Calendly manages availability, confirmation and cancellation. Zoom provides the meeting link. A form submission on its own does not confirm an appointment. Calendly’s privacy policy explains its handling of booking information.

Access or removal

To request a copy, correction or removal of information you submitted, contact AXO using the details in your consultation confirmation or send a request through our consultation form. Please avoid submitting passwords, access keys, or sensitive customer records through these forms.

Essential storage

Private-dashboard sign-in uses essential session cookies. We do not use advertising trackers in the AXO website code. Embedded scheduling services may use their own storage.
